Dance Your Way to Fitness!
Zumba Gold offers all the fun of traditional Zumba but at a lower intensity. With easy-to-follow dance moves set to vibrant music, this class focuses on cardio, coordination, and joy in movement ! Wear comfortable clothing and shoes, and don’t forget your water bottle. Classes are offered at no cost by Retire Med, our local Medicare partner.
