About this event
Come prepared to have some fun! This is a combination of high intensity strength training that involves cardio-enhanced transitions, yoga flow with weights. This class will increase lean muscle mass, build stamina, increase strength and flexibility and overall strengthen your yoga practice! This is for all levels!
